Persistent Volumes (WIP)

Basics

storageClass (sc) provisions persistentVolume (pv) on demand, when persistentVolumeClaim (pvc) claims it.

Persistent volume can be created manually by the K8s administrator.

pvc is specified in namespace, pv and sc are globally set in K8s.
